Statement

Through my sculptures, spatial installations and objects I explore the dark corners of the human soul and the experience of grief, love, loss and trauma. My artistic practice is a magical world laced with nostalgia, post-apocalyptic visions, sexual energy and soul grief.

A more intimate part of my work is sculptures and objects. I dream of a parallel world where empathy reigns among living creatures and miracles happen. In this world, fiberglass clouds move through concrete landscapes and hybrid glowing mushrooms take on almost animalistic forms.

On the other hand, sometimes my works are monumental spatial objects, site-specific installations and performances. Even in these objects I often deal with mental states. I am concerned with capturing feelings and emotions themselves.
